Terms and Conditions

(1) Costs and Shipping

All product prices are inclusive of GST and are for pick up only. Pick up is at our main location in East Sydney, Australia unless otherwise noted.

We ship goods inside Australia and into most countries via Australia Post and Fed Ex. Please enquire before any purchase on shipping cost to your location. The shipping cost will be calculated as per Australia Post or Fed Ex standard fees plus a $20 handling fee. Shipping cost need to be paid in full before any products are shipped. Shipping costs need to be paid within 5 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where the advised shipping costs is not paid within 5 working days.

Most online goods will we shipped depending on availability within 5 business days after shipping payment has been received.

Special orders may carry special delivery conditions. They will be noted with the offered product. 

If we can not full fill or ship any ordered goods we will inform you within 2 business days.

 

(2) Transaction Currency

The transaction Currency for all goods is Australian Dollars.

 

(3) Payment

Credit Card Payments
We accept payments by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via our shopping cart. 

In Store Payment
Goods need to be paid in full and collected from the store within 5 working days where the payment option In-Store-Payment was selected. We reserve the option to cancel any order which is not paid in full and collected within 5 working days.

 

(4) Refund / Return Policy

Full refund can be requested if the Shipping Timeframes can not be meet as mentioned in (1). 

Wrongly delivered goods can be returned to the address of our main office in East Sydney. (Multiple Box, 99 Crown St, East Sydney NSW 2010). The consumer can decide to have the correct goods delivered or request a full refund. Wrongly delivered goods need to be returned within 5 working days to the main office in East Sydney, Australia. 

 

(5) Consumer Data Policy

All consumer data is kept strictly confidentially and is not shared with any third party.  

 

(6) Payment Transmission and Details

The payment transaction is handled securely by the selected gateway. No online payment transactions details are stored on our site or on our database.

Transactions systems are: eWay (www.eway.com.au). 

 

(7) Artworks 

Artworks may occasionally contain small defects. They are not damages but merely the result of the manual work which goes into them during the creation process and further handling. Any impacting defects of any work will mentioned with the art work.
